fread() issue

When a try to use the extension in a Joomla module, I get this error message :

fread(): Argument #2 ($length) must be greater than 0

Can anybody help me please ?

Can you please explain this a bit further.

Whe you trying to use the Oriel MODULE inside another Module? What kind of module? Is it working when placing / using the oriel module directly?

Are you using a description.txt or an empty description.txt file in this album?

Can you please set Error Reporting to Maximum and tell me on which row / file the error occours.

I use the Oriel module directly, not in another module.

I don't use any description.txt

I tested with other folders, it seems that the error message occurs only when there are a lot of photos (too many ?).
Is there a limit?
Are there any forbidden characters in folder names?

lots of images should not trigger such an issue.

van you please check if there is no image filename that contains the word „description„?

yes it could be the folder name on some servers best is to use a-zA-Z0-9 and - or _ for foldernames - try to not have spaces in the foldername and use dashes or underscores you can then use prettyfier in oriel to change the label of the album names in the frontend. slashes are forbidden and special characters such as äöü or àéè or spaces for example could trigger such a problem, but it depends on the server configuration.

I did many tests, but for example with a folder with 9 subfolders and about 3,000 photos
